Welcome to Assetrica, a blockchain-powered real estate platform enabling developers to access liquidity and investors to participate in property projects through fractional ownership.

By using app.assetrica.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Assetrica.
You must complete KYC verification before accessing full platform features.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

2Accounts

Developers and investors must each create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify Assetrica immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

3Platform Services

For Developers:

You may list property projects once your account is verified.
You must provide accurate documents, images, and milestone updates.
All property information submitted may be stored on decentralized storage (IPFS) and/or the blockchain.

For Investors:

You may purchase fractional property tokens (TRIX tokens) using fiat (Naira/USD) or supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, USDC).
Token purchases represent fractional ownership rights as outlined in the property details but do not give you management control over the project.
Investment returns are not guaranteed. All investments carry risks, which you accept before making transactions.

4Payments and Transactions

All fiat and crypto payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Once recorded on the blockchain, transactions cannot be reversed.
Assetrica is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, failed transactions, or market volatility.

5Milestones and Funding (Developers)

Developers must set clear project milestones.
Funds will be released in stages upon milestone approval.
Failure to meet milestones or providing false evidence may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6Compliance and Regulations

Assetrica complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.

7Intellectual Property

The Assetrica name, logo, and platform content are the property of Assetrica Technologies Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8Limitation of Liability

Assetrica provides the platform "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for financial losses, investment risks, blockchain errors, or third-party service failures.
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9Termination

Assetrica may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, laws, or ethical standards.
Users may close their accounts by contacting hello@assetrica.com.

10Changes to Terms

Assetrica may update these Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
